jobs in western maryland/northern west virginia?

I am planning to move to the area specified in my subject. I have experience in nonprofit, adaptive technology, and blindness skills. I also have a B.B.A. degree in computer information systems. I would like to find a job that uses computers and adaptive technology. Something like tech support consulting. Any resources are appreciated. The job hunt isnt going well for me so far.
